She answers the phone! How often do our calls go to voicemail these days. Nobody likes to talk on the phone any longer. Jill, on the other hand, always picked up the call or if unavailable, quickly called me back. Yes, she texted too. Multi talented that girl.

Jill was super easy to work with. She stayed on top of the paperwork so the transaction was smooth even with me changing things up a couple of times. I also liked that a good chunk of the documents were DocuSign (digital signing) so that I could read them at my leisure and didn't have nearly as big of a stack at the very end. I also compared her rates with 3 other lenders that I had mortgages within the past and even though she was the best rate, I probably would have just stuck with her anyway since she was so on top of it.
